The timing belt broke on my 2002 Ford SVT Focus and subsequently bent some of the exhaust valves on my cylinder head (interference engine). So, the Ford dealership replaced the valves in the cylinder head, reset the computer, changed the spark plugs (they were fouled since I tried to crank the car by gasing it after it died), and changed the spark plug wires. They say that the car now runs, but it misses under hard acceleration. It sounds as if the timing may still be off to me. What do you guys think???
