Who's in the wrong. Please help!?

My brother and I went out with his wife. And his wife was putting me down and saying hurtful things about me. So I tell her how I felt without profanity. Now my brother and his wife are still mad at me to this day. I apologized to her, but they are still mad. All of this happened months ago. What do you think
