ok...so my sister is turning 30 and i am throwing her a 90s theme party! there will be about 30 people there! i need some cheap, easy, finger food ideas! of course there will be cake so i don't really need desert ideas...just some easy to eat appetizers!! please include recipe, cook time, and any other necessities i might need to know!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!
