How do I reach Studenec from Vienna Airport?

I am looking for the easiest and for the safest way to reach Studenec from Vienna Airport. When I pull the information from http://iguide.travel/Vienna/Getting_There/By_train, it is confusing -- since it lists several departing stations (Wien Praterstern, Wien Meidling, one with an old/obsolete name of Wien Sudbahnohof, etc.). In summary I would like to know what is the safest station I can reach from Vienna airport (and how) from where to depart for Studenec (that is a town in the vicinity of Brno, Check Republic). This so, in case I need to book a hotel near that station to depart from there the next day, I will be in the safest area. Thank you!
