My birth control pill isn't strong enough for me anymore & i'm having breakthrough bleeding?

Hmmm...thats kind of strange considering you say you take them every day at the same time without missing doses. I do know that progestin-only pills, which I think includes Ortho, are much more sensitive to even the slightest inconsistencies. Combination pills might be better for you.
