Why do my Black people continue to shoot each other?

Did you hear about the drive-by shooting in Washington DC today? They were just coming back from a funeral from someone already killed in a drive-by and someone was retaliating and shot a bunch of people. When will my Black brothers see that it is us and not the White man that is killing our race off?
