Who's stopping Michigan votes now?

Hillary rejects a plan to seat Michigan delegates at a 69 to 59 split in her favor? Hmmmph! She cheated as it stands by putting her name on the ballot when Obama wasn't. Now she won't take the gift? Because it won't be enough. first she accuses Obama of stopping their votes, now it's obviously her. Scandalous.
