Tips for nursing a toothy baby...?

I'm still feeding my one year old and recently she got her top two teeth, they are almost all the way through now and it is starting to really hurt to nurse her. She doesn't bite, it is just the that the teeth rub off my nipple. Sometimes when she's done the imprint of them is on my nipple, lol! Has this happened to anyone else? Do my just need to toughen up? I've tried varying my nursing position but any other tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
