So.... if I run every day for half-an-hour, and stick to a good diet, how much should I lose?

A steady jog, maybe a little sprinting, over hills and rough terrain, and a diet consisting mainly of veggies, 4 large cups of water, fruit twice a day, maybe two hand-sized servings of meat, and I piece of bread. What the estimate for weight lose there? For example, how much in about a week? Thanks much
