Quick sinus relief? help please?

i have to sing with my best friend on friday night in front of the Governor of AZ, and i have a soccer tournament this weekend. i currently am taking meds for my sinus problem, and still have a stopped up nose, and drainage. i can handle the headache, but i really need a quick Relief for it. ive heard to eat some Cayenne peppers, but other than meds, what else can i do to dry it all up. the doctor said my lymph nodes are swollen if that helps. i don't care if it all comes back come monday, but i need to last the weekend. its the end of Wednesday. help please. thank you.
