Can anyone help with this health problem?

My sister had her Gall-Bladder removed recently and is now experiencing a fluttering across her Solar-plexus area rather like palpitations and this leaves her breathless. Her GP has done many test and they have come back normal. Her heart is sound without any problems. We have wondered if this could be adhesion`s, and if so what should she do.
