Defeated season of Football!?

Lets say for one moment that all top 25 teams end with one lose or two and by the way it is going could happen, the SEC is always tough and i have already said, Florida and Alabama will lose, Texas, maybe maybe not, but if all top 25 teams have at least one lose, who is the true champion (useing the BCS, No Playoffs).
