Ex girlfriend said she loves me , but . . help !!?

i asked her how she felt about me , and she said she loves me , but i didnt do anything to deserve her love . and i agree . in the past i wasnt very attentive to her . and i regret it . she said shes emotionally confused (hearts confused) . she said she likes other guys but she cant get over me and it seems like she doesnt want to . she also doesnt believe anything i say to her :( . should i try to win her heart back or should i give up ? i really love her . but i refuse to spend the remainder of my senior year stressing over her and chasing her . what should i do im so confused and hurt ? should i say something to her ? spend time with her ? what ?!
