Happy birthday hotline??????

Ok, so its my birthday today and i get a random call on my house phone and on the caller ID it comes up Happy B Day. I answered..no response. So, i called back and it says you have reached the happy birthday hotline in order to recieve your message you must call from the line that called you within 48 hours.........i did call from the same line lol???????
