Help for regrowing my eyebrows?

Back in Oct. i plucked my eyebrows real thin bcs at the time that's the look i was going for (saw Christina Aguilera do it, obviously it's only a good look for HER lol) Anway, i used to have thick brows & even when i would have them waxed they always grew back thick. But after i started plucking, they haven't grown back the same. I can see where the hairs are starting to sprout, but they're just not growing. Plus, even the hairs i DID leave aren't even growing. So i was thinking to used Rogain. Do you think it will help them grow back thick? Any other advice you can give me?
