Is my dwarf hamster dying?

I found my hamster in her cage and I got her out to hold her but she just stayed in my hand and didn't move and is extremely limp. She is also breathing really fast and ever so often I hear this crackle sound. She is moving very slow and is acting lifeless. She was fine this morning. Is she going to die? I also got her 2 weeks ago but I am not sure how old she is.
