Are spin milled vokey wedges worth the money?

hi, im a junior golfer playing off 10 and i already get some spin with my wedges, as i use either callaway ix or pro v1's . i tried out a friends new spin milled vokey wedges and i get so much more spin with them. However i heard they stop spinning after about 3 months. Are they really worth it, because i can't afford to buy new wedges every 3 months
