Is California`s demise illegal`s fault?

An Yahoo news article says that Guvnor Arnie is trying to sell California`s landmarks to generate some moolah, to offset his state`s BILLIONS of $$ deficit, it`s obvious California is in DEEP sh!t...such deep sh!t that they are trying to sell themselves-like selling your body to science-But how much of this terrible California`s mess is fault of all those "billions" of illegals from south of the border?...Hmmm, maybe Mexico can buy L.A.`s football stadium.
