Make-up help...!!?

ok i have the Mayballene ebony black eye liner and i leave it on for a day like always.. and like the tips of my eyes by my nose or wat ever.. would get like black sleepers..( the things u get when u wake up in da morning) i take my makeup off at nite and then put it on in the morning!! so y is it doing thiss!? please help me!!
