My daughter just had a vision?

She said she was in her bedroom and heard a boom. She said she got up to see what it was and that she couldn't find me when she continuously called my name and finally found me at the bottom off the stairs unconscious. She said I was wearing a pink shirt and black pants and that I either tripped on a shoe or the broom. She had told me she thought it was a vision because it was a random thought and she could see it happen as the thought came out of nowhere. Does anybody know what the vision meant? Does anybody know if this is an actual vision? Can children at 12 see visions like this? Should I be worried or concerned? Thank you kindly for your help!
